US-Canada border break now no longer apprehension-connected, says Unique York governor – BBC News

A speeding vehicle that crashed and exploded in a deadly fireball on a US-Canada border bridge used to be now no longer apprehension-connected, Unique York Governor Kathy Hochul has stated.

Two other folks in the vehicle died and a US border agent used to be injured when the vehicle crashed at a checkpoint heading from the Unique York facet of the border to Rainbow Bridge.

The break brought about a prime security scare on the eve of Thanksgiving, with the closure of four bridges on the world’s longest world border.
